Mechanical systems info: Water comes in on one side of house and is filtered, softened, and UV'd. Then runs through the floor to the "plumbing wall"(about 10 ft) There is radiant tubing installed in the cement pad, but it is not hooked up and doesn't seem to be needed. Heat is provided with a very efficient multi fuel stove. It burns wood, as well as many other things.
Electrical systems info: 100 amp service to the house.
Other green features: Designed to be very efficient. Plumbing is contained within one wall, with 25 gal hot water tank within inches of the kitchen/ bathroom sink and shower. Passive solar design. 2 patio doors on the south side. Composting toilet to conserve water. Small footprint. Participating in the microfit program.
